Water System Improvements, Warren County, North Carolina

Rivers has been working with Warren County for over 10 years improving the County’s water systems by Districts and phases.

District No. 1: The project consists of approximately 500,000 LF of 4 to 10-inch water mains, a 600 GPM booster pumping station, 300,000 gallon elevated water storage tank and telemetry. The project was funded in part by USDA-Rural Development.

District No. 2: The project consisted of approximately 105 miles of 4 to 12-inch water mains, one 150,000 gallon elevated water storage tank and two 300,000 gallon elevated water storage tanks serving the northwestern quadrant of the County and the northeastern section of Vance County adjacent to Kerr Lake.

District No. 3, Phase I: The project consisted of 406,065 LF of 2 to 10-inch water mains and appurtenances, and two Elevated Water Storage Tanks.

District No. 3, Phase II: The project consisted of 628,800 LF of 2 to 10-inch water mains and appurtenances, and one Elevated Water Storage Tank. The project consisted of the construction of 41,090 LF of 6-inch and 13,500 LF of 4-inch water main.
