Downtown Streetscape Improvements, City of Elizabeth City, NC
The project consists of the renovation of the street, sidewalks, crosswalks, and the addition of new site amenities along Main Street from Martin Street to Road Street in Elizabeth City. The addition of new decorative street lights, benches, and trash receptacles were included in the project scope.
Rivers services included:
- Performed field and topographic surveys and utility mapping.
- Performed preliminary design sketch and cost estimates for improvements
- Prepared regulatory permit applications for NCDOT, CAMA, NCDLQ.
- Rivers furnished the final design and assisted with the bidding services
