Bowen Farm Site Improvements, Pitt Community College, Winterville, NC
The project consisted of approximately 3,000LF of street and utility improvements to serve the future development of the Pitt Community College campus.
The project included improvements and additions of storm drainage pipe, drainage structures, stormwater detention facility, common excavation, stone base, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, sanitary sewer, water mains, electrical duct bank and incidentals at Pitt Community College - Bowen Tract in Winterville, North Carolina.
