The Street and Sidewalk Inventory and Sidewalk Master Plan project's scope of services included conducting an inventory, mapping and charting existing streets & sidewalks.
From this inventory Rivers designed a sidewalk master plan linking community focal points (i.e. schools, major commercial centers, town common areas, etc.) with residential areas. A written report summarized existing infrastructure, recommended improvements, opinions of estimated costs, and opportunities for funding assistance.
