Municipal Park Redevelopment Master Plan, Town of Clayton, NC
Rivers developed a Master Plan for the redevelopment of Municipal Park, the Town's oldest recreation athletic facility located near the Town's central business district.
Rivers facilitated a public design charrette for potential recreational uses to be considered in the park redevelopment plan. A site reconnaissance was conducted to identify and evaluate existing facilities, conditions, utilities and infrastructure at the site. A number of various conceptual arrangements for park redevelopment were prepared for consideration by the Town. With the selected concept, Rivers prepared a detailed Master Plan for the redevelopment including graphic site plan, a scoping document providing description of proposed amenities/facilities, and a preliminary opinion of probable costs.
