County-Wide Water System Feasibility Study, Caswell County, NC
The study identified areas of need within Caswell County, examined the feasibility of developing a countywide water distribution system, and provided recommendations for planning and implementation of system.
Geographic Information System (GIS) data provided by the County was used to identify population densities and potential users.? Higher density population and growth areas along with economic growth areas were identified and considered in preparing a preliminary layout of the countywide water distribution system.
The following were major components of the study:
- Preliminary layout of primary components of a countywide water distribution system
- Preliminary hydraulic analysis
- Estimation of probable project cost
- Recommendations for implementation.
