Elks Community Park Master Plan, Hertford County, NC
The inadequate supply and distribution of diverse recreation facilities and programs for all ages and abilities was the driving force behind this project.
This Master Plan was developed for the creation of a new centrally located community park to serve the needs of county residents, in addition to redeveloping a previously small existing non-functional privately owned and operated facility located in Winton.
