Municipal Park, Town of Chocowinity, North Carolina

Rivers conducted the master planning, detailed design and comprehensive plans for 35 acre site development.

• Stormwater, water, sanitary sewer and street and parking infrastructure.
• Four baseball/softball fields, one football/soccer field, a mile paved walking trail, two playgrounds and a picnic pavilion.
• Storm drainage design, athletic field grading plan, erosion control and on-site water and sewer service layouts.
• In cooperation with NCDENR, on-site stormwater designs were prepared in a manner excluding requirement for CAMA permits.
• NCDENR for Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan, water and sanitary sewer extensions, NCDOT.
