Rivers completed the detailed design and review and construction administration for a 2 Phase 34 acre recreational complex for the Town of Williamston.
- Phase I consisted of 3 field soccerplex, utility infrastructure, access road, parking facilities, landscape design, stormwater BMPs, concession stand, picnic pavilion and walking trails.
- Phase II consisted of a 4 field softball/baseball complex, utility infrastructure, parking facilities, concession plaza, and a walking trail.
