Master planning, detailed design and comprehensive plans for 30-acre County Recreation Complex.
- The master plan included a 3 field baseball/softball complex, basketball courts, multi-purpose field for football/soccer, one mile paved walking trails, playground area, picnic pavilion, concessions plaza, restroom facilities, sidewalk/boardwalk plan, 2 parking facilities, and aesthetic fencing.
- Phase I of the project included on-site & off-site utility infrastructure, multi-purpose fields, walking trails, restroom facilities and parking facilities.
- Preparation of technical specifications, permitting applications, bid documents and construction administration.
- Phase II of the project included baseball/softball complex, playground, picnic pavilion, concession plaza, restroom facilities, walking trails, parking facility and the widening of US Highway 158 to accommodate center turn lane at park entrance.
