Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville, North Carolina
Pitt County Memorial Hospital (PCMH) is constructing the first Cardiovascular Institute in eastern North Carolina with associated projects including the construction of a Central Utilities Plant and the rerouting of Moye Boulevard.
While these projects are being developed under three separate contracts, the hospital has asked Rivers. Landscape Architecture Department to develop a comprehensive planting, irrigation, and accent lighting plan to unify these projects. In addition to aesthetics, design considerations include long-term maintenance capabilities of the Grounds Department, City's planting requirements, and coordination with utility locations.
