Convention Center District Schematic Streetscape Master Plan, City of Greenville, NC

The City consulted with Rivers to develop a Schematic Streetscape Master Plan that would promote safe pedestrian access and create a unified appearance for the Convention Center District and Campus. Rivers worked regularly with City Staff and Stakeholders to develop a plan that includes district gateways, improved signage and lighting, decorative crosswalks, sidewalks, enhanced vegetation, site amenities, an illuminated substation, civic art, and a grand plaza entrance to the Convention Center. The final schematic design has led the City to begin development of Phase 1 of the Convention Center District Streetscape Improvements.
