College Hill Drive, East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina
This is a 16-acre area on the East Carolina University Campus that is a critical, high traffic connector to many of the school facilities which needed complete surveying, land planning and engineering services.
Rivers services included:

- Showed boundary lines, giving length and bearings (including reference or basis) including street right of ways and jurisdiction, width and type of pavement.
- Existing structures including building materials and outside dimension of buildings.
- Located and described fences, walls and other above ground features.

- Building line set backs and zoning.
- Provided location of existing structures, paving and improvements from above ground features, including top elevation and spot elevations at corners.
