Concourse Office Buildings "Copley Place", Strayer University, Morrisville, NC
Rivers provided the Surveying, Engineering and Technical Services for a two parcel, 11-acre site. A preliminary site plan was prepared by another engineering firm showing two office buildings. Rivers was contracted to provide revisions to the preliminary site plan including reducing the size of one of the buildings and adding parking.
Rivers services included for Strayer University:
- 17,000 sq ft one story building on 4.6 acre site.
- Field Survey including cross sections of the Stirrup Iron Creek for preparation of a flood study by others.
- Topographic Survey Site Plan civil design including roads, parking, building layout, utility plan for water, sanitary sewer and stormwater.
- Provided a plan for grading and Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control as well as stream crossing.
Rivers services included for "8 Copley Place":
- 80,892 sq ft three story office building on a 6.4 acre site.
- Prepared a sketch plan Evaluated and designed the sewer extension providing field investigation routing the gravity sanitary sewer from the site to the existing sewer.
- Field Survey of the sewer Sanitary Sewer Easement Survey and Mapping Site plan civil design including the building and parking layout, landscape design and utility layout for water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer
