Davenport Farm Master Plan

Rivers services included:

  • Compiled base map for project consisting of property boundary, adjacent land uses and zoning, topography, existing utilities (water, sanitary sewer, gas and electric).
  • Preliminary environmental review for project boundary to identify existing natural features such as wetlands and streams that may impact the development.
  • Provided Schematic Master Plan consisting of streets, water, sewer and stormwater management.
  • The plan will be designed based upon current local and state regulations for agencies having jurisdiction in the design of such improvements. In addition, the master plan will illustrate typical building and parking lot layouts to illustrate the development potential for this property.

Bowen Farm Site Improvements

  • Provided Engineering and Technical Services, prepared construction drawings and specifications for the loop road and utility improvements.

2002 Campus Site Improvements

  • Provided Engineering and Technical Services, prepared construction drawings and specifications. The project included bidding and administering the construction of the improvements.
  • The project consisted of grading, drainage, paving, lighting, and landscaping improvements for three parking lots totaling 705 spaces.

Fulford and Redderick Buildings:

  • This project was the expansion of existing parking lot. The construction utilized 1,600 l.f. of concrete curb and gutter and 7,550 s.y. of asphalt pavement. The parking lot addition contains 201 spaces (including 2 new H/C spaces). The landscaping included mulched islands with 8 large trees (sawtooth oak) and 12 small trees.

Leslie Building:

  • This project was the expansion of existing parking lot. The construction utilized 1,500 l.f. of concrete curb and gutter and 6,450 s.y. of asphalt pavement. The parking lot addition contains 172 spaces (including 4 new H/C spaces). The landscaping included mulched islands with 7 large trees (sawtooth oak) and 14 small trees.

Warren Building:

  • This project was the improvement of an existing gravel parking lot. The improvements included 1,320 l.f. of concrete curb and gutter and 5,725 s.y. of asphalt pavement. The parking lot contains 172 spaces (including 6 H/C spaces). The landscaping included mulched islands and 2 large trees (sawtooth oak) and 6 small trees.

Tice Road:

  • This project was the installation of approximately 400 l.f. of 5' concrete sidewalk along an existing roadway. Included in this item was the installation of 3 new handicap ramps.
