SULLIVAN STREET SIDEWALK
Rivers was responsible for the surveying, design and construction administration of 300 feet sidewalk extension and handicap ramp relocation along Sullivan Drive.
HILLSBOROUGH BUILDING & SULLIVAN PARKING LOTS
Rivers performed the preliminary design, construction administration and construction documents for the NCSU Hillsborough Building & Sullivan Parking Lots. Rivers services included preparing site plan, construction cost estimates, technical specifications and final site plan. The Sullivan Dorm parking lot consisted of a pavement area of 1.7 acres for 214 parking spaces. The Hillsborough Building parking lot consisted of a pavement area of 0.5 acres for 70 parking spaces.
1911 BUILDING PARKING LOT
Rivers provided the design documents for repaving and associated work for the 16 space 1911 Building Parking Lot and sidewalks. Rivers services included surveying, preliminary and final design; striping plan construction documents and Construction Inspection.
