2002 Site Improvements, Pitt Community College, Winterville, North Carolina

Rivers performed various improvements and site planning for this fast growing eastern North Carolina Community College.

Rivers services included:

• 2002 Campus Improvements: Parking lot improvements of 704 spaces including site grading, drainage, paving, lighting and landscaping.
• Fulford and Redderick Buildings: Parking lot expansion, 201 spaces (2 new H/C spaces).
• Leslie Building: Existing parking lot expansion, 172 spaces (4 new H/C spaces).
• Warren Building: Existing gravel parking lot improvements included curb and gutter and asphalt pavement.
• Tice Road: Installation of 400 LF of concrete sidewalk and handicap ramps
