Walgreens Pharmacy Stores, Multiple Locations throughout Eastern North Carolina
Rivers has provided and continues to provide engineering and planning services for multiple Walgreens Pharmacy stores throughout eastern North Carolina including surveying, preliminary plans, and construction administration.
Rivers services included:
- Boundary and ALTA surveys.
- Preliminary Plans consisting of streets, water, utilities, sewer and storm drainage layout. Provided environmental assessment, detention ponds, stormwater management plan, bio-retention pond (Jacksonville Store), wetland surveys of delineation.
- Provided Construction Drawings and Specifications consisting of street/parking lot grades, drainage plan and utility layout, (water, sanitary sewer, natural gas, electrical and storm drainage. Incorporated new improvements with surrounding property to improve traffic patterns with adjacent businesses and shopping centers.
- Provided contract and bid documents, conducted bid-opening and made recommendations as to award.
- Prepared rezoning requests and annexation petitions for various sites and provided final plats to recombine tracts of land and to record easements.
