Stonewater, A Planned Unit Development, Cary Township, North Carolina
Rivers provided the surveying, engineering and technical services for a 166-acre multi-family and single family residential community.
Rivers services included:
- Boundary, ALTA/ACSM, Topographic and Tree Surveys.
- Prepared a conceptual plan of the proposed residential layouts with streets, preliminary water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage improvements.
- Prepared construction drawings and specifications for each pod including:
- Site plan/subdivision plan including roads and lot layout for single family areas and building units, roads and parking for multi-family areas;
- Utility plan for water, sanitary sewer and stormwater
- Grading and soil erosion control plan
- Stormwater design
- Provided the design for stormwater retention and nitrogen control
- Will provide construction stakeout including the following services for each of the pods:
- Location of erosion control devices
- Slope staking for clearing and rough grading
- Staking of sanitary sewer manholes, storm sewer structures and fire hydrants
- Staking for water and sanitary sewer services
- Staking for curb and gutter
- Staking for building corners for multi-family units
