Shopping center was in a high traffic area covering 22 acres and included all studies, land planning, permitting, and construction administration.
Rivers services included:
- Rivers was commissioned to conduct a 98-acre hydraulic/hydrologic study required to allow the construction of a shopping center
- Study included storm drainage design and detention for the shopping center
- Designed site plan including paved parking lot with over 1,000 spaces, grading, utilities and permitting

- Construction and installation of Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements
