Lynncroft Shopping Center, Greenville, North Carolina

Shopping center was in a high traffic area covering 22 acres and included all studies, land planning, permitting, and construction administration.

Rivers services included:

• Rivers was commissioned to conduct a 98-acre hydraulic/hydrologic study required to allow the construction of a shopping center
• Study included storm drainage design and detention for the shopping center
• Designed site plan including paved parking lot with over 1,000 spaces, grading, utilities and permitting
• Stormwater Management Plan
• Construction and installation of Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements
• Construction Administration
• Permits NCDOT Encroachment, NCDENR, NCDOT Traffic Signal.
