Rivers prepared a stormwater detention master plan outlining the current stormwater detention facility performance.

Rivers' primary objectives of the study were:

To model the performance of the existing stormwater management facilities.
To revise the most recently approved stormwater management plan (December, 1991)
To remove additional stormwater runoff from future unspecified development.
To develop a stormwater master plan that meets City of Greenville standards for Stormwater Detention.
To include calculations demonstrating the effects of the addition of the DAP Facility.
Weir capacity calculations were prepared for the two main effluent discharge points for the plant. These calculations determined the impacts caused by the DAP addition.
