The challenge for this Cracker Barrell location was stormwater management and runoff which had to meet requirements from previous developments in the location.
Rivers services included:
- Designed a stormwater impoundment facility that would control the increased runoff created by the future development, so that the 10-year runoff rates from the developed site is equivalent to the runoff rate from the site prior to development.
- Staked parking lot and building pad for cuts and fills.
- Staked stormwater system including detention pond, outlet structure and concrete flume with off sets.
- Staked off-site sewer main extensions with off sets and on-site and off-site curb and gutter with off sets.
