Rivers provided engineering, surveying and technical services for 53-acre Townhome Community consisting of 440 units total including 80 one-bedroom units, 80 two-bedroom units, 126 three-bedroom units and 154 four-bedroom units.
Rivers services included:
- Boundary & Topographic Survey
- Sketch Plan
- Site plan for a Land Use Intensity(LUI) permit, including streets, parking, building and utility latyout
- Will provide construction plans and specifications consisting of site grading, drainage, paving, site utilities, Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan and Stormwater Management Plan for Nutrient Control.
