Rivers provided engineering, surveying and technical services for a 68-acre residential subdivision, single family lots.

Rivers services included:

• Boundary & Topographic Survey
• Sketch Plan including proposed strets, curbs, gutters and sidewalks
• Zoning and Annexation
• Preliminary Plan with proposed streets, water, sewer and storm drainage improvement
• Construction Drawings and Specifications consisting of plans and profiles for street grades and sanitary sewer, drainage plan and utility layout (water, sewer and storm drainage) and pavement design for residential streets
• Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan
• Provided Preliminary and Construction Plans including Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan for the widening of Glen Laurel Road from an existing two lane asphalt street to a full three lane asphalt street, together with two turn lanes with taper to serve the proposed subdivision, consisting of plan and profiles for street grades, with pavement design
• Provided Contract and Bid Documents and Construction Administration and Final Plat
