- Preliminary site plan including layout, drainage, water & sewer, stormwater, hydraulic analysis/design
- Dimension control plan, utilities, grading plan and paving
- Site plan included proposed street, parking, building and utility layout
- Stormwater Management Plan designed a 2-acre stormwater wetland for nutrient reduction and attenuation of peak discharge and a long-term maintenance plan.
- Construction plans & specifications included site grading, paving and utilities
- Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan included the plan & profile of water, sewer, storm system improvements together with a stormwater management plant for nutrient control.
