Rivers provided the surveying, design, engineering and construction plans and specifications for a 166-acre planned community consisting of multi-family and single family lots with 6 phases, over 500 homes and amenities. Amenities include an Olympic-sized swimming pool, playground, clubhouse, walking trails and future town park.
